*Gold in the Cracks. A Hands-On Healing Workshop*

Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where we transform what is shattered into something meaningful and beautiful.

We begin by breaking a ceramic piece with a hammer—a brave and intentional act that reflects moments in life when things fall apart.

🖌️Then, slowly and with care, we glue the pieces back together, highlighting every crack with gold, and finally painting the piece with colors that feel true to you.

💜This creative process is deeply meditative. It reminds us that broken does not mean failed, and that blessings often arrive in unexpected forms. What once felt like a problem can become a challenge that shapes us, teaching us how to adapt, grow, and find new ways forward.
