Join us for a transformative 3-hour gong playing workshop where you'll explore one of the most powerful tools for sound healing, used for thousands of years across various cultures worldwide. Experience the incredible range of frequencies, from deep vibrations to ethereal sounds, and discover the profound healing properties of gongs.

Udara has a vast collection of gongs, including German Paiste gongs as well as traditional Nepalese, Balinese and Chinese gongs, which you’ll have the chance to play. You'll learn to play the gong using different mallets and develop your creative and intuitive techniques to harness the benefits of sound healing for your personal journey and for sharing with others.

At the end of the workshop, participants will have the unique opportunity to play in the quantum sound dome, featuring its amazing acoustics. Don’t miss this chance to connect with the resonance of gongs and explore their therapeutic potential!

About the facilitator:
Martina Reinbold has embraced music as an integral part of her life since childhood. She studied music at the "Hochschule für Musik" in Freiburg, Germany, and dedicated many years to cultural management with one of the major classical symphony orchestras in Germany.

Her journey transformed when she became a yoga teacher and discovered the profound benefits of sound healing, igniting her passion for facilitating relaxation, deep meditation, and balance through sound.

Martina has completed sound healing trainings with recognized organizations, including Sound Healing Bali and Svaram Sound Experience in Auroville, India, while also participating in workshops with renowned sound healer Jens Zygar. For several years, she has been a core team member of the Udara sound healing team, facilitating private and group sessions, as well as leading workshops and events to share the transformative power of sound healing.

• ⁠In order to get the discounted price, participants have to show their KTP or valid KITAS upon check-in at Udara on the event date.
• ⁠As an "Adults-Only Resort" the minimum age for staying at Udara and visiting our facilities is 14 years.
• ⁠For special events, doors close 15 minutes after start and latecomers will not be accepted. Tickets will not be refunded if you show up too late. 
• ⁠When coming to Udara classes or events, you agree that the Udara staff might take pictures and videos for documentation and promotion. 
• ⁠Please do not bring your dog to Udara.
