GRATITUDE KIRTAN TO KRISHNA DAS: LOVE, SERVE, REMEMBER
“Kirtan is not about singing, it’s about opening your heart and connecting with the divine”
Chanting is a way of deepening the moment, of deepening our connection with ourselves, the world around us, and other beings»
Krishna Das
From a space of Love inside our hearts, we would like to offer this Gratitude Kirtan to Chant Master, our Guru, Krishna Das, whose melodies melt our hearts and carry us deep into our souls.
We will remember God by chanting Holy Names, accompanied by Krishna Das's melodies, to help bring us Home and access the Inner Guru who resides within, and celebrate this Love and Oneness.
As All is One
All donations from this event will be used to support the Kirtan Wallah Foundation, which is organized by the Krishna Das team.
Kirtan Wallah Foundation is dedicated to spreading the teachings of Neem Karoli Baba, a great Spiritual Teacher of India. Neem Karoli Baba taught service to God by serving Humanity. His teachings can be summed up by his saying, “Love Everyone. Serve Everyone. Remember God.”
By “Remember God,” he was referring to the practice of the repetition of the Divine Names of God. This is an ancient spiritual practice. In India, it is called “Kirtan”, which means singing and chanting the Divine Names. A “Wallah” is someone who performs this action. In this case, Kirtan Wallah refers to someone who sings Kirtan.
