This 2 hour special workshop invites you to get grounded and deeply exhale. Pausing and allowing ourselves a moment of stillness in our bodies, but also in our minds. 

The yin yoga sequence for this class will be designed to address the first & second chakra. Inviting in, a sense of calm, ease and safety. It is not only supported by the Tibetan bowls and gong sounds, but also accompanied by a serene musical journey of guitars and Hanna's vocals.

About the facilitator: 

Hanna teaches yoga since 2013. Completing her YTT of 200h+ and the focus of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Germany, plus an additional 300h assisting and learning from Rachel Grey in international retreats and classes.
Bringing her Psychology and healing background into the practice, every class is intended to have a therapeutic and nourishing effect. Hanna’s background in singing Kirtans and reciting mantra, brings a devotional aspect and musical artistry to this evening.
