Basic 2 >>> Saturday to Tuesday, July 19th -22nd
Pro >>> Tuesday to Friday, September 16th - 19th
Hanging upside down is an ancient yoga practice. In fact, many civilizations around the world have used passive inversion because of its powerful body-mind benefits.
Join and learn the incredible bodywork of Hangab-Inversion. A simple and very effective technique to restore balance, release physical and emotional tensions, and reset the body-mind complex.
It is the first fully certified practitioner training in Asia and consists of 3 modules, each 4 days (+ following a practice log).
In the 1st module, we learn to guide and treat clients up until shoulderstand (Hangab Ground); in the 2nd and 3rd, we learn to lift off after the ground stages into Hangab Flying.
The passive inversion is a powerful release position and a very old medicine. We found the key to preventing uncomfortable pressure in the head by going up very slowly and in stages. In the past 25 years, we developed very safe equipment and a unique bodywork that is very gentle on the client and the practitioner. Even smaller practitioners can lift a heavier client with ease.

Holding Space
One of the key benefits of the Hangab Method is its emphasis on slow, mindful transitions. As we move through each stage, the body has the time and space to release tension, which promotes a deeper state of relaxation. The extended period of traction helps to elongate the spine, decompress the vertebrae, relieve joints and muscles, and to increase circulation. The body is given the opportunity to regenerate and restore balance.
Beyond the physical benefits, this practice also supports emotional and mental release. Being upside down encourages a shift in perspective, both literally and figuratively. As we surrender to the process, we invite a sense of inner stillness and clarity. The Hangab Method not only enhances physical health but also promotes a deeper connection to our inner selves, fostering peace and harmony.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Hubert Mu is a seasoned bodyworker, mindfulness practitioner and musician with over 20 years of experience. This curiosity led him to travel the world, living among shamans and immersing himself in ancient cultures.
Hubert founded a yoga studio and started exploring various bodywork and mindfulness practices. He specialized in Hangab-inversion bodywork, a powerful therapy that combines passive inversion with hands-on spinal traction, guiding clients into deep inner stillness and releasing blockages.
Today, Hubert also shares practices for inner freedom by facilitating singing circles and sharing his passion for Ho'oponopono, a Hawaiian practice focused on forgiveness and healing.
