In these sessions, you'll explore your subconscious mind, identify and process your emotions buried deep down through various guided exercises and have a chance to integrate the transformation through outward movement or internal reflection. With hands-on energy support and gentle guidance, you'll dive deep into your healing journey within a loving and supportive space.

To enhance your journey, we're thrilled to have Barry Boullon facilitating a mini-tea ceremony at the beginning of each session. This serene ritual will help you ground yourself and drop inward, setting the perfect tone for the transformative experiences that lie ahead.

In this session, delve into the depths of your inner child, embracing acceptance and reconnection. Heal past wounds and nurture the child within you to unlock newfound freedom and joy. Through this journey, learn to see others through the eyes of your inner child, fostering acceptance and compassion towards them.
 

🔆 Session 2: Inner Parents
Discover the power of your inner parents as a source of strength and support. Explore the dynamics of your inner parental figures and cultivate a nurturing relationship with yourself.

🔆 Session 3: My Bad Girl/Boy
Embrace the shadow aspects of yourself and integrate the divine masculine and feminine energies within and work with tthem as your loving guides. Explore the depths of your "bad girl" or "bad boy" archetype to uncover hidden truths and balance.

🔆 Session 4: I Am the Creator 
Step into your role as the creator of your reality, embracing your truth, power, and sexual energy. Harness your innate creative potential to manifest your deepest desires and live authentically.

About Yasmina:

Yasmina is a healer, a channeler, a spiritual guide, and a transformation coach. With a deep-rooted life purpose, she is committed to helping others reconnect with their heart, soul, truth, and divine essence which is the vibrations of love, joy and peace.
