We will dive into yogic practices, mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, writing, and connection activities that will help you reconnect with your heart and become more aware of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It’s time to finally let go of the attachments and open your heart up to limitless love and freedom.

You experience unconditional love for self and awaken the capacity of unconditional love for others. This is a process of transforming unresolved emotional issues into deep love for humanity.

Heart Awakening activates the divine mind, that part of you that knows all things, and has been present since the soul’s journey began. As key relationships and life events are seen through the heart, you will experience a profound shift of identity to the divine within.

An open heart chakra helps us connect deeply with our soul and become one with our divine source. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and learn to open your heart fully and unconditionally.

You will also gain practical tools and techniques for developing your own heart awakening routines and make self-love and self-nurturing a daily practice.
