Heart in Motion begins with a yoga-inspired flow to gently land in the body — opening, unfreezing, and softening the heart space. From this place of embodied connection we invite our voices to awaken. Through simple sound practices, toning, breath, and gentle vocal exploration, your natural resonance returns — not as performance, but as a soft, playful reclamation of expression of what is alive beneath the surface: heartfelt desires that didn’t have language yet. Through guided movement and sound practices we are are opening space for more of your Heart’s truth to move, breathe and shine through. Held by a supportive community, you’re invited into moments of reflection and optional sharing, so you can feel witnessed and encouraged without pressure or expectation. We close with a heart message recording ritual — spoken, sung, or written — a living treasure and bridge to carry back into your daily life.
