In-person workshop: Holding Space for Grief, Loss & LIfe Transitions
This is a four hour workshop
For the first 2.5 hours we will look at grief and loss through the lens of three deep and intertwined concepts:
- companioning
- strengthening the support network
- the healing power of ritual.
Participants will also have the opportunity to witness and reflect on their own process through dedicated time for personal reflection and journaling.
Some useful tools for self care during challenging times will also be shared.
For the second 1.5 hours, participants will engage in embodied learning through a uniquely curated Movement for Loss class, rooted primarily in the philosophy and practice of yin yoga.
Provided: drinks & snacks/ journal/ all yoga equipment/ reference list/ optional homework
What to bring/wear: water in a refillable bottle/ comfy clothes for both sitting and moving in

Important note: this class isn't a space for sharing personal stories of loss. Instead, it's a space for you to be in your own process and be witnessed and held by me as you do so. If you feel that you would like to share your story, I offer 1:1 sessions, or can refer you to other practitioners who do this within different modalities.
For any questions or 1:1 bookings please email: [email protected]
