Inner Alchemy is an art and science of gathering, storing, and circulating the energies of the human body. The human body is a precious and necessary resource for our spiritual journey, rather than something to be ignored or transcended. As we open, cleanse and balance the energetic system we are able to embody more of our awareness and authentic self. What emerges is an improvement in physical, emotional, and mental health.

In this journey, we utilize three primary modalities in the alchemical process. Breath, movement, and meditation. This all occurs while blindfolded (optional) and wearing silent disco headphones, providing a personal and intimate internal focus for the journey. The darkness shifts our awareness deeper within and amplifies our capacity to cultivate and transform energy. The healing frequencies delivered through the headphones guide the flow of the journey and encourage presence and openness.

We begin with a guided transformational breath journey which is combined with hands-on healing, transitioning into an intuitive dance that assists the energy cultivated within the breath practice to circulate fully within the body. We complete with a guided energy healing and energy activation meditation to complete the process to recharge and process anything which remains to be released.

It is advised that participants avoid eating 2-3 hours prior to the experience.
