For beginners who want to learn the foundation of the headstand and start with a simple upside down practice with props: wall/ strap/block etc.
- For students who are struggling to come up to a full headstand and find balance in the position. We will work on drills so you can come up and stay. - For students who can come up to a full headstand. We will work on straight alignment so you can stay longer with more confidence and comfort.

- For students who are more advanced we will practice the 7 types of traditional headstand and funky headstands.
- For students who are ready for Pincha Mayurasna (Elbow stand )
- For handstand beginner (with wall and partner )
