Facilitated by: Mamiko – Executive Chef of Terra & Ashtari
Mamiko, a certified nutritionist and former teacher at the Japanese Macrobiotic School, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the kitchens of Terra and Ashtari. As a passionate workshop facilitator, she shares her culinary wisdom through engaging and informative sessions.
In 2016, Mamiko completed an Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking course in Mysore, India, further enriching her culinary repertoire. Her journey has taken her to some of the world’s most renowned establishments, including Chez Panisse in California, a pioneer of the Slow Food Movement. She has also worked at Sayuri Healing Food in Ubud and Purple Valley Yoga Retreat in Goa.
Mamiko masterfully combines the philosophies of Macrobiotic, Ayurveda, Raw, and Slow Food, creating dishes that embody health, sustainability, and exquisite taste. At Ashtari and Terra, she infuses her creations with a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, inviting guests to experience the art of nourishing cuisine
