Butoh: A style of contemporary Japanese dance known for its raw and radical forms of self-expression. It is also grounded in Zen-like deep meditative awareness. This class introduces the basics of Butoh with subtle meditative movements, and explores the creative and at-times radical expressions of ourselves.
