Herbivore is an ‘all flora, no fauna’ restaurant in the heart of Ubud that offers a quietly bold take on local flora. Headed by Chef Arnaud Hauchon, their tasting menu draws from his 20 years of culinary experience worldwide and rooted in the ethos that plant-focus food can be both nurturing and delicious.
