Open to all levels, the Kundalini Experience invites participants to explore the subtle body in a guided and supportive way, cultivating vitality, resilience, and inner awareness.
Sierra Siri Prakash has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 1995, beginning her journey in Los Angeles. She is a KRI Lead Teacher Trainer for both Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training programs, bringing decades of experience and depth to her teaching.
Sierra is honored to host the first KRI 220-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at Moana this August, and she shares this practice with humility, clarity, and devotion to the lineage.
