 Tickets are valid only for the event, date and ticket type stated at the time of purchase. Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.

2. Age Requirement

 This is an 18+ event. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the entrance. Guests who cannot prove they are 18 or older may be refused entry without a refund.

3. No Refunds

 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.

4. Event Changes

 The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the lineup, schedule, venue setup or programme. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Entry & Conduct

 The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave aggressively, disrespectfully or unlawfully, or who violate the event rules.

6. Drugs & Prohibited Items

 This is a drug-free event. Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances may be refused entry or removed from the event.

7. Alcohol

 Alcohol is available only to guests who are legally permitted to consume it. Guests are expected to drink responsibly.

8. Pool & Activities

 Use of the pool and participation in activities is at your own risk. Please follow all safety instructions and venue rules.

9. Charity Donations

 All proceeds designated for charity will be donated to support Flores earthquake relief through the stated charitable organisation. Ticket and event proceeds may be subject to event-related costs where applicable.

10. Photography & Filming

 Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such content.

11. Personal Belongings

 The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
