A guided writing space for women (not about writing better).
We learn to soften what we feel, organize our reactions, explain ourselves, and make our inner world easier for others to handle.
After a while we stop knowing what we actually feel at all.
Maybe you recognize yourself here.
You rewrite messages before sending them.
You say “I’m fine” before you even check if you are.
You hold tears until you’re alone.
You avoid conflict, and then replay the conversation for hours afterward.
You process everything privately because you don’t know where it’s safe to put it.
You have thoughts you’ve never said out loud to a single person.
So many things bottled up inside.
Love Your Chaos is not a writing class. It isn’t a sharing circle either.
This is not about writing well. Nothing you write will be edited, evaluated, or explained.
It’s about letting something be true without correcting it.
And when some things are allowed space to exist, something in the body softens in ways we don’t often reach.
Through a guided experience that helps you drop out of your head and into writing honestly, you’ll spend time in shared space, quietly exploring your own inner world in raw, unfiltered words.
Nothing you write has to make sense, sound wise, or be useful to anyone (even you).
You are never required to share (though you are welcome to).
You don’t need to be a writer or a poet.
You don’t need to know what you want to write.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t even need to know what you’re feeling.
