When we plant our seed of Sankalpa (heartfelt intention and purpose) deep within our subconscious mind It becomes a powerful tool for manifesting what we want in our lives. When we consciously connect our Sankalpa with our asana practice it sends a direct message to the universe that we are ready to take action and in return the universe rises up to support us. We become co-creators and manifest artists to the world in which we live. This specialty class is a fusion created by Tymi using a Sankalpa / intention setting exercise, pranayama, japa/mantra, asana (Vinyasa Flow) and ending with a short Yoga Nidra.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Tymi Howard Bender is an internationally known, Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT yoga teacher, certified holistic coach, creator of Manifest Yoga International and founder of Guruv Yoga Studios and current owner of James Island Yoga Studio in the United States. Tymi is known for pioneering the vinyasa and yin yoga movement throughout the world.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
