A full-day immersive combining teaching, meditation, breathwork, and energetic activation practices, designed to give participants a direct, embodied experience of the principles behind conscious reality creation.

The day moves through four distinct arcs:

Morning :Foundation An introduction to the science behind why conventional manifestation approaches fall short, and what the nervous system, the subconscious mind, and heart coherence actually have to do with what we're able to create. Teaching is grounded in polyvagal theory, neuroplasticity, and HeartMath research.

Mid-Morning :Release A guided meditation and somatic practice sequence designed to surface and dissolve the subconscious patterns and stored emotional energy that quietly limit what we allow ourselves to receive. This is where the deeper work begins.

Afternoon: Activation Breathwork and energetic activation practices drawn from Dr. Plaha's Inner Alchemy methodology, building heart-brain coherence, clearing the energy field, and moving participants into the regulated, open state from which manifestation becomes natural rather than effortful.

Closing:Integration A full manifestation practice sequence combining everything from the day. Participants leave with a clear declared intention, an embodied experience of the coherent state they're working toward, and a daily practice framework they can sustain independently.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Dr. Manish Plaha is a medical doctor, meditation teacher, and pioneer in the field of embodied transformation. His work bridges modern medicine with ancient wisdom, helping people move beyond simply managing their minds to creating lasting change from the inside out.

Drawing on years of experience in both conventional and holistic health, Manish developed Inner Alchemy, a transformative methodology that combines meditation, breathwork, intuitive movement, nervous system regulation, and energy awareness. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, his work helps people reconnect with their natural intelligence, release the patterns keeping them stuck, and cultivate a deep sense of inner freedom, vitality, and fulfilment.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
