ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years and teaching Yoga, Embodiment, Somatic Inquiry & Women’s Work around the globe since 2001, in classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.
Tina is a long time resident yoga teacher at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia, & is the founder of HELD : School of Embodied Self Integration & the somatic practices of Embodied Unwinding & Nervous System Rewire.
HELD offers 6x 100hr Teacher Trainings in Embodied Trauma Integration, Trauma Informed Yoga, Nervous System Regulation & Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Embodied Mindfulness & The Embodied Feminine Arts.
500hr E- RYT, Dip Ki Yoga Therapy, Dip Health Sciences, Dip. Kinesiology, Dip Shiatsu, Dip Remedial Massage, Dip Vibrational Medicine.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
