• The cost of any act, either intentional or unintentional that results in damage to KUDETA property will be charged to the responsible person (s).

• We will be photographing and filming this event and we reserve the right to use any footage taken of guests for marketing and promotional purposes.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or discharge guests at our discretion.
