Notes of Friendship: A Symphony of 75 Years of Australia-Indonesia Diplomatic Relations

Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (String Quartet) in collaboration with Ananda Sukarlan and Mariska Setiawan

To celebrate the 75^th Anniversary of Australia-Indonesia Diplomatic Relations, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Ananda Sukarlan will collaborate with a concert comprising Australian and Indonesian works. Notes of Friendship: A Symphony of 75 Years of Australia-Indonesia Diplomatic Relations will include two new songs to commemorate the anniversary, composed by Ananda Sukarlan and accompanied by poems from Henry Lawson and Judith wright, sung by an Indonesian soprano, Mariska Setiawan.
