Oriental Fusion Dance Classes

Dance is an ancient practice that was mastered for thousands of years in temples and tribal traditions. Connected with breathing, awareness, presence and creative state of mind, it is a sacred tool to communicate with your own body, mind, spirit, and also with all the space around.

Oriental dance traditions carry the knowledge of how to align all the different aspects of life through creative embodied practice. We will activate the body system: joints, hips, chest and arms, working with different choreography and movements. We put together proper breathing, beautiful music, clear intention and expression of feelings.

On Dance Classes we will gently, yet deeply work with our body structure. We will learn about oriental rhythms and move with them. We will breathe and let our intentions flow through the body and dance into reality, weaving it beautifully. Finally, we will perform body locks to keep the energy for healing and self-activation in the afterglow.
