Jiwa Garden invites you to join a weekend of learning and sharing best practices on how cross-industry leaders can realign towards sustainability. Speakers from across sectors will share key aspects of maintaining soil health and ecological regeneration, paramount to the survival of Bali's natural allure.

We'll discover the practical ways to grow self-sustaining landscapes, alternative methods of caring and nurturing public gardens, and more. Meet other eco-minded entrepreneurs, permaculturists and creatives, and let the magic happen.

  • What an eco-building actually means and its benefits for the people and the environment.
  • The criterias of an eco-building.
  • What are some examples of eco buildings that originate from the archipelago?
  • What can we learn from indigenous architectural methods? (relate this to disaster resiliency, they’re usually lower in carbon footprint, etc).
  • What kind of eco-architecture is an example of the integration of the old and teh new?
  • What is the best way to integrate the old and the new eco-building?

  • The comparison of Bali’s old and current situations of farming or agriculture.

  • The shift or integration between the old and new tech on farming.
