Raj Mohan is a classically trained Ayurvedic doctor from Kerala, South India, with extensive academic training in Ayurveda from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi. With over a decade of experience in holistic healing and consultations, Raj has supported clients worldwide with a wide range of conditions, from chronic inflammation to musculoskeletal disorders.
His teaching integrates traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with practical guidance for modern life, encouraging students to break old patterns and adopt sustainable, nourishing habits.
