Raj Mohan is an Ayurvedic doctor and consultant from Kerala, South India, with a lifelong connection to yogic practices. He has been practicing pranayama and breathwork since the age of 12, influenced by the yogic teachings passed down from his mother. Raj holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Ayurveda from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi, India, and has been supporting people on their healing journeys since 2015.
Now based in Bali for over five years, Raj has conducted workshops internationally, including in the Netherlands and at multiple international seminars in Bali. Through his breathwork sessions, he supports individuals in cultivating calmness, harmony, and deeper self-connection, guided by the yogic understanding of balance between body and mind.
