It is an invitation to settle into stillness, reconnect with your body, and make space for whatever arises.

Begin with gentle body and breath practices to bring your awareness into the present moment and prepare for deeper listening.

Immersive Sound Exploration
Rest within an intentionally layered soundscape of resonance and voice. Allow your attention to move beyond everyday thoughts as you explore sensation, emotion, and moments of inner quiet.

Return & Integration
As the sound gradually gives way to silence, you will be gently guided back to the present moment. A closing sharing circle offers space for reflection, expression, and integration.
