It will be an intimate two hour container where you will be guided to dive into approximately 60 minutes’ duration of conscious connected breathing, allowing you to tap into your inner world and to feel deeply.  

We start with a guided meditation for self-check in and intention setting, followed by the circular breathing technique. This technique will allow the energy to flow in the body and you will not only feel it physically, but it will clear stuck emotions and allow shifts on the energetic level. 

You may experience tingling sensations as part of the cleansing or movement of energy. The breath that connects the consciousness to the sub(un)consciousness may lead you to have internal experiences, e.g. feelings of past wounds that come to surface for us to release or resolve.  

The Live DJ and Didgeridoo will add more aliveness and awareness of the body and emotions.  The long savasana and sound healing will help to integrate and to attain a state of peace and total bliss.

About the Facilitator:

Gita is a certified Yoga and Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator. She first met Rebirthing Breathwork accidentally during the pandemic lockdown. The lockdown and the uncertainty of the pandemic forced her to engage in a deep healing practice that not only allowed her to heal old wounds, but also brought her to a journey of self-discovery and acceptance.

Adhe always believes that the essence of Ecstatic Dance is that we come and move as we are and as we feel, and let the music guide us into trance, creating a unique and liberating experience.
