Join us at Bekandze Farm for a deep dive into Regenerative Farming. 

Immerse yourself in nature in a stunning setting near Tampaksiring and explore farming approaches like permaculture, organics, biodynamics, agroforestry and syntropics. 

  • Learn from local experts through a combination of theory and fun hands-on activities.
  • Join in exciting field trips to local farms where you can meet and learn from Balinese farmers who are putting these approaches into action - and putting healthy organic food on tables all across Bali. 
  • Do a single module, a full weekend, or the entire 10-module course over 5 consecutive weekends.
  • Make it a healing getaway by staying in one of the world-class eco-resorts in the area, and enjoying the proximity to local waterfalls and Bali’s revered water temples.

Single Day (1 Module): 600K IDR
Weekend (2 Modules): 900K IDR
Full Course (5 Consecutive Weekends): 4500K IDR (or 4000k Early Bird, before Oct 6th)

Our mission is to teach local farmers, so this is a unique opportunity to learn in English with interested members of the international community (all our other courses are in Bahasa Indonesia).

Sun 20 Oct: Module 2: Design - everything from beds, to zones, to contours and cropping systems.

Sat 26 Oct: Module 3: Soil health and fertility - what is it and how do you achieve it.

Sun 27 Oct: Module 4: Water management - how to avoid the problems of too little or too much water.

Sat 2 Nov: Module 5: Beds and mulches - how to prepare productive garden beds and understand the role of mulches.

Sun 3 Nov: Module 6: Seeds, seedlings, propagation and nursery management.

Sat 9 Nov: Module 7: Pest and disease management - protecting your crops naturally.

Sun 10 Nov: Module 8: Holistic plant health and garden maintenance.

Sat 16 Nov: Module 9: Harvest and post-harvest - how to optimise quality and minimise waste.

Sun 17 Nov: Module 10: The business of regenerative farming in Bali - understanding and participating in Bali's organic market and supply chain - as supplier and as a consumer.
