During this class you will receive Reiki Attunement accompanied with teaching, exercises and meditations, for Reiki First Degree, which will open up the chakras, meridians and nadis (energy centers, points and channels), cleansing the subtle bodies, releasing limiting beliefs. Following the attunement, it is 21 days of personal practice.

✤ Reiki is a simple, subtle, yet deeply profound and powerful modality to tune in through transmission. Once you are attuned to the lineage, it will be with yours for life. Receiving an initiation to the first degree is a gift as it invites you to come into harmony with yourself unlocking your innate power to heal yourself. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself on a new level and become aware of how your body and your inner being is continuously communicating with you.
✤ During First Level participants learn how to connect and receive healing empowerment. They may start the Reiki healing and practise. Through meditation, exercises and guidelines in a workbook plus their own touch they discover the many benefits of healing on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions they learn how to access. They discover peace and joyful awareness of growing in a daily life. Participants receive a certificate upon completion and morning & afternoon refreshments.

Ewa Issa Tifaret is an experienced Reiki Master Teacher who holds space for courses, sessions and workshops, She naturally guides you to discovery of your Natural State through proven methods, practices and techniques.  For many years she studied with Tibetan masters and translated their scripts and teachings.  She works with light, color and sound.  She developed various master teachings to support humanity on the way to ascension. Her speciality is sacred feminine. She teaches all over the world, in recent years mostly in Bali, India and Europe.

How to Prepare for receiving Reiki Level 1:
There aren’t too many things to prepare before receiving Reiki level 1. Just common sense things to  balance your mind and body:

No alcohol
Alcohol dulls the mind
Avoid high protein food
High protein food requires more digestion and uses energy
Eat fruit, vegetables and drink water
Easy to digest and healthy
Avoid caffeinated drinks
Causes the mind to be overactive
Keep an open mind!
