Reiki is the practice of returning to stillness, a gentle art of channeling universal life energy through the hands to awaken the body’s natural ability to heal.

It is not about doing, but about being present; a reminder that wholeness is not something to be fixed or found, it is something to be remembered.

Reiki sees the unseen: the quiet current of energy beneath all things, and through deep presence, helps to restore its flow softly, silently, with trust and intention.
