A deeply calming and therapeutic practice that combines Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga to support profound rest, nervous system nourishment, and emotional balance. Long-held, floor-based postures are fully supported with props, allowing the body to soften, release tension, and unwind effortlessly.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this class works with the body’s meridian system to encourage the flow of Qi (life force energy), releasing deep layers of connective tissue and supporting the health of internal organs. Breath awareness and mindfulness guide the practice, inviting harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
Juliya Light is a senior yoga teacher with over 1,550 hours of Yoga Alliance training and certifications in Yin Yoga, Chinese Medicine, Nidra, Meditation, and trauma-informed relaxation practices. Her studies in India and Bali have shaped her ability to guide students into deep states of rest and self-regulation.
With a compassionate and intuitive teaching style, Juliya creates a safe and nurturing environment where students can experience restoration, emotional release, and renewed vitality through stillness and mindful presence.
