This restorative class is an invitation to slow
down, soften and deeply rest.
You will be guided into fully supported
restorative postures designed to calm the
nervous system and release tension.
Throughout the practice, you will enjoy a live
sound bath, using soothing frequencies and
vibrations to quiet the mind, regulate the
nervous system and invite a meditative,
dreamlike state.
While you rest in each pose, you will receive
nurturing hands-on touch including foot
massage and gentle head, neck and shoulder
massage.
