Embodied Healing: Sacred Energy Activation is inspired by the gift and wisdom of my grandmother, who healed many women through her touch and natural medicines. Rooted in the principles of Kundalini Activation, this practice goes beyond traditional energy work to create a deeply personal and profound healing journey.

In these intimate small-group sessions, we focus on awakening Shakti—the divine feminine energy within—and addressing the areas where women most need healing, with a special emphasis on clearing and activating the womb space. This sacred work reconnects you to the profound wisdom and creative energy held in your womb, restoring balance and vitality to your entire being.

With a particular emphasis on reconnecting to the sacred wisdom of the body, you will experience powerful energy transmissions in a safe and nurturing environment. This practice honors the lineage of natural feminine healing, offering a space for women to let go, heal, and reclaim their power.

This 2-hour journey invites you to reconnect with your essence, release energetic blockages, and experience a powerful activation of your core energy flow. Through grounding practices, intuitive guidance, and energy activation, you will be guided through layers of release, healing, and embodiment.

How to Prepare for the Session:

• Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts to settle in and ground yourself.
• Dress Comfortably: Wear flowing, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely.
• Hydrate: Drink water before the session to support the flow of energy.
• Eat Light: A light meal 2–3 hours before the session is recommended.
• Open Heart: Bring an open heart, ready to release and embrace your transformation.

Saïda draws on her extensive experience in facilitating transformative energy work, embodiment practices, and intuitive healing, creating a safe and nurturing environment for profound transformation.

Her work is deeply inspired by the legacy of her grandmother, whose healing touch and natural medicines shaped Saïda’s understanding of feminine wisdom and care. With a background in applied psychology, communication, and years of managing and leading people, Saïda brings a unique blend of empathy, intuition, and practical insight to her sessions.

Through her trauma-informed approach and deep connection to Kundalini principles, Saïda empowers women to release blockages, awaken Shakti, and reclaim their inner radiance.
