Full Moon Harmony is a unique gathering designed to harness the powerful energy of the full moon through mindful practices—tea ceremony, breathwork, and sound healing—all set in magical Hearth in Nuanu.

Event Flow:

6:00 PM – Arrival & Grounding
Guests arrive and are invited to settle into the tranquil surroundings of Hearth. 

6:30 PM – Full Moon Tea Ceremony
The event begins with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, fostering presence, mindfulness, and connection. This ritual honors the full moon’s energy, allowing participants to reflect on gratitude, release, and intention-setting for the new cycle. Led by an experienced tea practitioner, this practice will ground everyone and open their hearts to the evening’s journey.

7:30 PM – Breathwork Session
Following the tea ceremony, we will move into a guided breathwork session. Using transformative breathing techniques, guests will be guided to connect deeply with their bodies and release stored emotions. The breathwork will facilitate a state of inner clarity, heightened awareness, and openness, aligning mind and body with the powerful energy of the full moon.

8:30 PM – Sound Healing Journey
As the night deepens, guests will transition into an immersive sound healing session. Surrounded by nature and the soothing sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls, and chimes, participants will be bathed in healing vibrations. This journey will help to integrate the evening’s experiences, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation.

9:45 PM – Closing Circle by the Bonfire
The evening will conclude with a short circle, inviting everyone to share reflections, set intentions, or simply hold space for the shared experience. This sacred closing ritual allows participants to carry the evening’s calm and transformative energy with them as they return to the world.
