We open with pranayam and meditation 🧘‍♀️ supported by sacred music 🎵 — attuning to the heart 💖 before entering the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita 📜. The text becomes our living teacher, and through small-circle satsang 🪶 we witness one another’s realizations with reverence and care 🤍
