Join us for a sunset evening of self care and connection. 

We will start by creating our own vision boards on a private terrace while the sun sets. This is a powerful way to visualise and manifest goals.

Then unwind for the evening with contrast therapy. Private sauna, steam and cold plunge. A ritual to support your nervous system and wellbeing.

All materials for vision boarding provided in this guided workshop. Towels and sarongs provided for contrast therapy. Iced blue pea tea and infused water will be served as refreshments.
