Samadhi Breath Meditation is a masterpiece designed by renowned Tantra teacher Ma Ananda Sarita.
With this method,  you will experience the deep connection between your most primal instincts and your spirituality, revealing how these seemingly opposite poles are part of the same energy system. It is a journey of deep energetic alignment and spiritual awakening.

Chakra focused toning & breathwork will support you to release any stagnation you may have in your energy system. This opening of your central channel allows simultaneously a greater receptivity of the descent of grace and activation of your rising kundalini energy. The experience of these opposites unify balances your inner polarities of yin and yang, shiva and shakti, body and spirit and will leave you with an imprint of a Samadhi alike state.

The Samadhi state, similar to deep sleep yet experienced while fully awake, is a space beyond mind, beyond time, and beyond thought. In this state, much like the mystery of death, the body and spirit are rejuvenated. According to Osho, the path of yoga is meant to lead us to Samadhi. Through this very meditation, you open and enliven the entire body, bridging the seemingly opposite forces of life and spirit into one harmonious whole. 

The meditation can be practiced individually or with a partner you bring – it is a powerful experience either way.

About the facilitator: 

Nritya Anurasa, founder of ‘Emotional Fluidity Movement,’ blends her background in Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Tantra, and Life Coaching with Dance. An apprentice of Ma Ananda Sarita since 2021, she teaches Tantra Essence groups in Bali and the Czech Republic, empowering people to embrace life with compassion and joy.
