Relax, connect and nourish your heart while deepening your understanding of boundaries through the Rules of Cuddling. Unwind in deep relaxation and enjoy an oxytocin boost through the power of warm, friendly and caring platonic touch.

This ceremony offers a chance to form new friendships and deepen existing ones in a safe, supportive space where meaningful bonds thrive.

Facilitator

Jeck Johansson, founder of Blooming Together, has years of experience hosting sharing circles. He has studied with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Swami Dayananda Saraswati’s Self-Knowledge lineage and trained in Attunement Therapy, Cuddle Party and Belly2Belly breathing meditation. He also offers 1-on-1 Attunement Therapy for deeper exploration. With warmth and authenticity, Jeck welcomes you into a supportive community.
