Shōbōsho takeover at Indus
Chef Adam Liston of Shobosho fame, Adelaide, Australia, descends on Indus for two nights only to dazzle you with his renowned modern Asian BBQ. Among Australia’s top restaurants, Shobosho blends smoke, steam and fire, to create a bold Japanese-meets-Korean eating experience.
Feast on a family-style menu of Korean seaweed crackers with whipped edamame, tuna tataki with wasabi, Korean fried chicken, crab udon and crab dashi butter, spit roast teriyaki beef with miso bearnaise, rocket salad with chickpea miso and finish off with baked cheesecake with lychees and meringue.
