Shiva & Shakti: The Sacred Dance of the Known and Unknown
Shiva & Shakti: The Sacred Dance of the Known and Unknown
What if life's greatest invitation is not to seek certainty, but to learn how to dance with the unknown?
In the yogic tradition, Shiva and Shakti represent two essential forces within us: awareness and movement, stillness and transformation, structure and freedom. Together, they remind us that growth does not arise from clinging to what is familiar or abandoning all form, but from learning to move gracefully between both.
Through storytelling, reflection, and guided Sircle movement practices inspired by Shiva as Nataraja, the Lord of the Cosmic Dance, this workshop explores dance as a form of yoga—a pathway to presence, self-discovery, and transformation.
While much of today's embodiment culture emphasizes free expression, this journey reveals the sacred relationship between form and freedom. Participants will experience how intentional structure can become a container for authentic expression, cultivating greater trust, intuition, and resilience in times of change.
No dance experience is necessary—only a willingness to move, explore, and embrace the dance between the known and the unknown.
