This unique event blends heart-opening cacao with immersive movement practice, ecstatic dance, and meditation, resulting in a truly unforgettable experience.

This event is will be delivered with Silent Disco headphones to provide a unique experience of music and dance. Presented by Manish, behind the global event series ‘Dance Through Dimensions,’ with episodes in Bali, Ibiza, Tulum, Goa, Peru, Costa Rica, and more. Manish’s passion lies in creating spaces for free, authentic expression and deep connection. In his mesmerizing 4-deck DJ sets, Manish weaves a rich tapestry of influences that traverse shamanic, mesmerizing resonant mantras, soulful downtempo rhythms, and the pulsating beats of tribal Afro rhythms, guiding you on a journey into a world of expansion and free expression.

We begin with an opening circle and a calming breath practice to energise open and activate the body Next, we experience the magic of a Cacao Ceremony, this creates and intentional dance experience and is a perfect combination for dance!

We then transition seamlessly into an embodied movement practice, leading into an unforgettable Ecstatic Dance led by Manish.

We close with a powerful and energizing guided meditation which will lead you feeling revitalised and grateful to be alive!

About the facilitator: 

Manish Plaha is a practicing medical doctor who is passionate about holistic wellbeing. With a special focus on energetic activation through meditation, he aims to harmonise the human energy field as a pathway to optimum mental, physical and emotional health.
