1. Terms & Conditions for Purchasing Ticket

• Sign up by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address.
• Select ticket type, quantity and tap 'Buy Tickets' button.
• The user will have 15 minutes to review the ticket type and number of tickets.
• Payment methods Credit / Debit Card, Amex, Alipay, TrueMoney Wallet, WeChat Pay, ETC.
• After complete the payment,

 For those who selected to receive wristband at event date: Use the Order Confirmation from email to pick up wristband at event. Ticket holders have to show QR code with their original ID/passport to redeem wristbands at wristband pick up point at event date.

2. ⁠Age restriction

• All attendees must be at least 20 years old.

3. Wristband Policy

• If the wristband is lost or stolen, you will need to purchase a new ticket in all cases.
• If the wristband is damaged, you must bring the old wristband along with the chip (Tag) to verify information at the Help Desk only. There is an additional charge per wristband.

4. Installment Payment Policy

4.1 Installment Plan

• Select “Credit/Debit Card (Installment Plan)”
• Split into 3 equal payments
• Ticket confirmed after first payment
• Ticket delivered after all payments
• Incomplete payments = cancellation without refund

4.2 Laybuy (Book now, pay later)

• Pay THB 500 to reserve
• Pay the rest before 1st April 2026
• Remaining balance auto-charged if unpaid
• Incomplete payments = cancellation without refund

Tip: Use the same email for all payments.

Remarks:

• Purchase limit: For Regular Pass: All 3 Days (EARLY BIRD), the limit is 2 ticket per user.
• The All 3 Days ticket types allow entry with the wristband for all three days of the event. (11-13 April 2026)
• Ticket price includes VAT7% but excludes payment method and other fees.
• Once the payment has been completed, tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, exchanged, upgraded, or have the event date changed under any circumstances (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable).
• The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
• Persons entering the Event hereby consent to having names, images and/or likeness, writing, biographical information or recordings of their voices captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose by S2O Factory Company, or its affiliates, respective successors and assigns, contractors, partners or the media.
• In the event of any changes to the activity details, such as time, venue, or terms and conditions, the organizer reserves the right to make adjustments at their discretion.
• **Please do not show your Order Confirmation QR Code/ Reference Code / confidential information to public or social media. The organizer reserves the right to disclaim all responsibility in any case.
