workshop explores the philosophy of slow
beauty through rituals such as scalp massage,
facial massage and Abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-
oil massage).
You’ll experience gentle techniques that
support circulation, restore vitality to the skin
and hair, and bring the body back to balance.
