SOUND FOR BEGINNER

A Two-Day Course:  Introduction to Sound  with Didi & Chris

May 4-5, 2024, 9 am – 5 pm
Askara Sound Temple, Ubud, Bali

In this short course, you will learn:
- the introduction to sound and the understanding of sound
- the introduction to the ancient instruments and how to connect with them
- how to connect with your voice
- how to weave the sound that is created by the instruments with your voice and the silence in between, into the tapestry of the healing of the sound. 

FACILITATORS:

Didi
Certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher where the Gong is an important part of the practice, Didi was one day led by a series of synchronicity to become a Gong Master.

Didi has trained as a Gong Master with Sanjay Hall and has also received training in Reiki. Didi conducts her sessions with sensibility and intuition. Through her angelic voice, she channels Mantras with love and grace. Her voice is well known and sought after by Askara Sound Temple regulars.  Didi is above all a compassionate space holder for those in need of healing and release.

Christine Prawita ~ Sound Weaver
Weaving in "the feeling safe", Chris shares a sanctuary-like experience in her offerings of Sound Medicine, iRest Yoga Nidra & Vedic Chanting. As she believes that whatever people experience, in their journey to Self, as well as in their daily life, feeling safe is what supports them to remember their true nature and  the essence of their being. 

Doing this is what make her heart sings. As joy becomes who she is.
