ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Anand, an internationally certified Yoga Master Acharya (ERYT500) trained at the tranquil Sivananda Ashram in India, brings a wealth of expertise to his teaching. As a Level 2 Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Practitioner under the guidance of Vijay Kumar in Mysore, he inspires students to explore the depths of their practice. With a transformative Naturopathy Diploma from the esteemed International Yoga Academy in India, Anand seamlessly integrates holistic wellness into his teachings. Passionate about sharing his knowledge, he leads teacher trainings, workshops around the world, and dedicates himself to his personal practice daily, embodying the essence of yoga on and off the mat.
