The part of life no one taught you about. It's only natural to want to flow and move in synchronicity with your partner. Without flow it's easy for one to feel physically exhausted and hindered in many ways. In this class you experience how to embrace, transition with, and engage your partner physically. Learn which exercises and postures in your practice specifically target the muscles utilized during the act of sex. Be ready to circle your hips and engage your lower abs to tilt the pelvis. There is no partner necessary to experience this class. You can meet a new friend in the class to practice and test out movements. Just consider it like partner dancing but done horizontally;) This class is taught in a professional, yet fun, comedic, and lighthearted style setting from a heterosexual perspective but every human being is welcome.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to bookings@theyogabarn.com  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
