Tantra Nectar was not created from books or borrowed ideas. It was born from the living journey of Satyarthi Prateek, more than twenty-five years of walking through many rivers of wisdom, where each stream met and became part of one vast ocean.

The discipline of Tantra Yoga opened the first door, teaching the language of body and breath.
