The temazcal or sweatlodge is a transformative ritual, a sacred ceremony to purify our minds and bodies.

Its purpose is to confront us with our deepest fears, darkness, heat, and discomfort, to purify our minds and bodies and bring harmony and balance back into our lives.

We honor the elemental forces within and around us: Water, Earth, Fire and Air. They help guide our consciousness throught this transformative journey to help activate our own healing powers to brings forth new life.

This ceremony is a tribute to nature, a prayer to the elements, the 4 directions, and humanity as a community.
