The Art of Joyful Surrender: A RASA Method Journey
The Art of Joyful Surrender: A RASA Method Journey
Why does letting go feel so difficult?
Because letting go feels like losing control. Like trusting an unknown we cannot see.
So we hold on. To the past. To expectations. To how we think life should be. And the harder we try to surrender, the tighter we grip.
Here's the truth: You cannot let go of what you haven't accepted. And acceptance isn't just an idea. It's something we learn to feel in the body.
Within each of us exists the capacity to contract or open. To resist life or move with it.
Surrender doesn't mean liking everything that happens. It means learning to be at peace with what is, even when it's not what you wanted.
Because the less you resist life, the more freely life can move through you.
In this immersive workshop, we'll explore what surrender really means, how struggle can become a doorway to flow, and simple practices to return to freedom in everyday life.
Then, through The RASA Method, we'll move from understanding surrender to experiencing it.
Combining SOMA Breath® and NeuroSomatic Flow®, this journey unfolds in three stages:
REGULATE — Settle the nervous system through meditation and rhythmic breathwork.
RELEASE — Rise into music, somatic movement, and free-form dance. Move beyond thinking and allow the body to express what words cannot.
REWIRE — Integrate through deep Yoga Nidra, journaling, reflection, and practical tools to carry this experience into daily life.
Who it's for: Anyone ready to loosen their grip, embrace what is, and experience more freedom and flow. No experience needed.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes, water, and a journal. Avoid heavy meals two hours before.
Health note: Please inform the facilitator before booking if you are pregnant or have epilepsy, a heart condition, high blood pressure, or recent surgery.
Facilitated by Resham Pursani, Professional dancer and choreographer, Transformational Soul Coach, and founder of The RASA Method.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Resham Pursani is a transformational soul coach, professional dancer, and the founder of The RASA Method — a trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed moving meditation that blends ancient breathwork, somatic movement and modern music to regulate the nervous system and return you to your natural state of clarity, aliveness and flow.
She is trained in many somatic and contemplative lineages such as NeuroSomatic Flow®, SOMA Breath®, 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, Yoga Nidra Teacher with Ally Boothroyd, Embodiment Coaching with Mark Walsh, Soul Coaching®, Theta Healing® Practitioner and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN).
Her work rests on one simple idea: Life is not something to survive. Life is something to dance with.
She weaves everything she loves into dynamic experiences that guide you to unlock your inner pharmacy, release stuck emotions, and drop into deep meditative states faster than stillness alone allows. These Soul journeys help people move beyond mindset into real emotional healing and a remembering of who they are beneath the noise and the masks.
Beyond her private 1:1 practice, Resham serves as Head of Gurukul, Jakarta at the Sadhu Vaswani Mission, a global spiritual organisation, where she has led weekly Gurukul classes for children, monthly youth satsangs, kirtan sessions and organized fundraising for Seva (service). She is also the creator of “The Magic of Forgiveness” workshop for the Mission's global program which will launch this year, 2026.
From young children to high performers, her work carries one thread: ancient spiritual wisdom and modern neuroscience, met in the body- heart, mind and soul moving as one.
“Master your energy. Dance with life.”
